At most, the CPSPX5ML**** might be a product code, but not a serial number which would be more likely to be located on the envelope in which the CD was inserted. In my case, the serial number starts with TS16U22**** for X6, TS15U22**** for X5 and TS14R22**** for X4. This does not seem to be the type of code Corel uses for its PSP serial numbers. Moreover, the code you say is on the CD starts with CPSPX5ML****. And in this case, none of us can provide new serial numbers. None of us have anything to do with Corel's (terrible) Customer Service.
